Core promise: We do not open mail and we never ask anyone to share letter contents.

- Pilot signups: email and basic survey answers you submit.
- Contact emails: messages you send to our contact address.

- We do not request or store letter contents.
- We do not ask anyone to open mail.
- We do not sell personal data.
Mail Ping
Mail Ping is designed as a notification flow. The goal is to notify the leaver that mail arrived and encourage them to update the sender.
Third-party services
During pilot we may use third-party services such as Tally (form provider) to collect submissions. Your submission is processed according to their policies as well.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your pilot signup details by emailing hello@postalert.co.uk.
