Important: PostAlert is not a mail forwarding service. We do not open mail and we do not deliver mail.
Pilot service
PostAlert is currently a pilot. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued as we test demand and usability.
User responsibility
- You remain responsible for updating your address with relevant organisations.
- You remain responsible for meeting any deadlines related to fines, letters, appointments, or accounts.
- PostAlert is intended to reduce risk, not guarantee outcomes.
Mail Ping
Mail Ping is designed as an optional notification mechanism. It does not confirm delivery, contents, or legal receipt of any correspondence.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostAlert will not be liable for losses resulting from missed letters, missed deadlines, or failure to update addresses.
