Do you open letters or see contents?
No. We never request letter contents.
How does Mail Ping work without sign-up?
The joiner scans a QR and taps notify. No account required.
Why can’t I use a QR code yet?
We’re in pilot mode validating demand and refining the flow before issuing QR codes broadly.
Will PostAlert prevent all missed letters?
No service can guarantee that. PostAlert reduces risk and improves response time.
